These terms apply to the games, applications and website provided by Cotena ("we", "our" or "us"). By installing, accessing or using our services, you agree to them.
1. Licence to Play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify or hack the game client, servers or related files.
2. Virtual Currency & Items
- Games may contain virtual currency (such as coins or gems) and virtual items, earned in play or bought with real money.
- You receive a limited licence to use them in-game; you do not own them.
- They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Purchases are final, subject to the refund policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
3. Fair Play
To keep games fair for everyone, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, mods, hacks or any unauthorised third-party software.
- Exploit bugs or glitches for an advantage.
- Buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual items outside official channels.
Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or permanent ban without notice or refund.
4. Your Content & Conduct
Where a game lets you chat, name characters or share content, you are responsible for what you post. Content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, spam or phishing is not allowed, and we may remove it and close the account involved.
5. Health Warning
A small number of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns in video games. If you feel dizzy, notice altered vision, twitching or disorientation, stop playing immediately and consult a doctor. Take regular breaks.
6. Availability & Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Cotena is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost data or downtime.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
